Our bar service - how it works ...

We need the following information to prepare an accurate quote for you...

• Date/s of event
• Location of event
• Venue
• Any access issues
• Start time/Preferred delivery time
• Finish time/Preferred collection time
• Number of guests
• Size/shape of bar

Our quoting is quick! We aim to email you with a precise quote within one hour of your enquiry. If you wish to go ahead, simply call/email us and we will issue a confirmation by email – this needs to be checked, signed and faxed back. Once we have your fax, the equipment is reserved – it is as simple as that!

Our Operations and Logistics Department liaise with you to ensure our equipment is set up to your schedule, not ours. We employ a full time Bash Bars® installation team, who carefully install our bars to your complete satisfaction, taking special care and observing any restrictions that affect the venue.
